- Cataloged material will be procured and stored at external warehouse.
- Stock levels to be maintained at super markets inside the plant.
- Stock monitoring by LME.
- Replenish from super-market as per re-order levels as per SLA.
- Replenishment of super market stocks.
- POD collection and invoicing in the forthcoming cycle.
*Indent Model*
- Cataloged material will be procured and stored at external warehouse.
- Purchase requisition/ indent will be raised by customer.
- Material delivered direct based on indent to pre-specified location as per re-order levels as per SLA.
- Delivery will be made at plant.
- POD collection.
- Invoicing in the forthcoming cycle.
